BOOTCAMP

RAW FIT’s boot camp is a strength and conditioning class that is focused on building strength and improving your form. The class is designed to build lean muscle mass in a safe sustainable environment.

We limit the class size and have multiple trainers to ensure proper form is used throughout. We also use the highest quality equipment and choose machines that help protect your joints while building strength.

GLUTE LAB

Our Glute Lab is the ultimate lower body class. This class is all about strength training and pushing yourself further to achieve the best results. 

In this strength class, we incorporate top-of-the-line equipment and free weights to help you burn fat, build muscle, and reshape your booty with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your lower body burning.

PERSONAL TRAINING

At RAW FIT our trainers do more than count reps. We do not just get a certificate and then apply the same program to each client. We take pride in providing individual programs based on our client’s goals and current capabilities. We also continue to take courses and educate ourselves year-round to ensure we are providing the best program possible for each client.
