RAW FIT was founded for one reason. Keep clients safe.

Everything we do at RAW FIT is centered around this idea. In today’s fitness industry boot camps and training programs are often designed to kill their clients at all costs (including their joints). This approach works in the short-term and leads to quick results but then leads you down a road of injuries and setbacks. At RAW FIT we reduce the risk of injuries by ensuring our client’s form is correct. We do this in a number of ways which include:

  • Hiring the best staff

    • All of RAW FIT’s trainers must understand both anatomy and physics before training clients. We do this to ensure our trainers are providing personal exercises and modifying those exercises based on the client’s abilities and goals.

  • Using the best equipment

    • We chose equipment that is designed to guide our clients through the exercise using restraints and support. This helps keep clients safe and also helps engage specific muscle groups in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Limiting class size

    • Our classes have a maximum capacity of 25 people and have up to 5 trainers teaching each class. This is done to ensure our trainers can focus on each client and correct their form even when they are working in a group setting.
